The perfect snack to accompany a balanced diet and stocking up the kids pantry. Soft in texture and simply delicious. My personal favourites are fennel and cardamom.

I have been Vegan for years and have never found a snack bar as delicious as these. The consistency with the seeds is very moreish. Excellent recipe, great packaging, love the name and the meaning behind it.
